In the months of January-June 2023, in the Republic of Artsakh, at actual prices, 13.9 billion drams worth of industrial products were produced, 16.1 billion drams worth of finished products were sold, Manush Minasyan, president of the National Statistical Service of the Republic of Artsakh, said in a conversation with “Artsakhpress”, summing up the first half of 2023. socio-economic situation of the Republic of Artsakh in the semester.

Speaking about the indicators recorded in the field of agriculture, he noted that the gross output of agriculture in January-June 2023, at actual prices, was 9.7 billion drams, which, compared to January-June 2022, at comparable prices, decreased by 40.2 percent.
“As of July 1, 2023, compared to the same period last year, the number of cattle in the republic decreased by 15.8 percent, including cows by 17.3 percent, the number of small cattle by 22.4 percent, and birds by 36.9 percent. The number of pigs has increased by 39.2 percent,” the head of NSS summarized.
