The incredible judicial violence against a mother and her children who are alleged victims of paternal incest

by time news

The testimonies that come to deliver Hanna Dam Stokholm and her master lawyer Pauline Rongier on the set of France-Evening are hardly believable for anyone who wants to believe that the protection of victims, especially the youngest, is a legal priority.

Contravening the most elementary precautionary principle, the judges entrusted the custody of Hanna’s three children to their father suspected of incest and violence, and authorized the latter to isolate them from their maternal family by taking them to another end of the world, in Tahiti.

Justice has also turned with incredible violence against this mother whose only crime was to listen to the cries of alarm from professionals and to want to protect her children who expressed the violence of which they were victims and the fear that their inspired their parent.

Despite the succession of worrying information from doctors, psychologists, French and foreign social services, despite the alarming testimonies of relatives of the family, all of which converged on a strong presumption of incest and paternal violence, the courts condemned Hanna and cut her children off from contact with their mother.

You can find the main points of this appalling affair in an article published by France-Evening on February 15th.

You can also listen to the letter that Hanna wrote for her children, read by actress Judith Chemla who decided to carry the voice of this mother on her Instagram account and that France-Evening was authorized to relay on February 18.
