The issue of ensuring the employment of persons temporarily transferred from the Republic of Artsakh to Armenia as a result of the Azerbaijani-Turkish military aggression was discussed during the extended remote session of the chairmanship of the Union of Industrialists and Businessmen of Armenia on October 28.
The businessmen highlighted the importance of involving Artsakh compatriots who were forcibly separated from their natural daily life in paid or volunteer work, which will allow not only to provide certain material support, but also to maintain the existing professional skills, and also to provide psychological support.
In the meeting, the organizational mechanisms of recording of possible jobs, listing of applicants, professional training, and job placement process were discussed.
“After the full processing of the latter, the Union of Industrialists and Businessmen of Armenia will make a statement, presenting to Artsakh compatriots the opportunities and conditions of employment in companies in different regions of Armenia,” said the President of the Armenian Union of Armenians, Arsen Ghazaryan, at the same time expressing satisfaction with the business community, not only for the material support shown for the current struggle for survival in Artsakh. for continued significant support, but also for the willingness to provide employment to the Artsakh Armenians in Armenia as a result of the imposed war.
