The Old Bailey court heard how Marius Gustavson, 46, orchestrated a disturbing extreme body modification business, earning parts of bodies of your clients for later eat them.

Surprisingly, Gustavson himself participated in these mutilationseven going so far as to “taste” an amputated penis in one of the videos presented to the court.
Cannibalism and culinary horrors

Agents came across images on his phone, dated June 22, 2018, that showed Gustavson cooking and consuming testicles for lunchcreatively arranged on a salad plate alongside greens and cashews.
Exploitation and manipulation
Gustavson’s manipulation went beyond his gruesome surgeries. He recruited vulnerable people, promising them financial benefits from the video revenue.
Despite the consent of some victims, others, under the effects of the drugsthey felt deceived and trapped in a “cult atmosphere” that Gustavson meticulously built around them.
Gustavson and his accomplices wait judgment on charges ranging from conspiracy to commit serious bodily injury to possession of extreme pornographic images. Although Gustavson’s diagnosis of body integrity dysphoria may help understand her self-mutilation, it does not justify her exploitation of others for profit.
