Monterrey, Nuevo León.- Life will not be enough for a man to pay the penalty for the murder of his own mother, whom he beat to death and then incinerated her body in a garbage dump in General BravoNew Lion.
The State Attorney General’s Office announced the result of the hearing with a conviction for feminicide against Rolando “N”, 58 years old, who was sentenced to 45 years in prison.

The feminicide against her own mother was recorded on July 18, 2021 inside a home in the General Tapia community, in the aforementioned town hall.
The woman, whose identity is protected, was 79 years old and her attacker kept her incommunicado at the home where the events occurred.
“Taking advantage of his superior physical strength and that due to his age and condition the victim could not defend himself, the accused inflicted repeated blows on him until he died,” detailed the FGJNL.
He added that after killing his mother, the man loaded the body into the back of a truck to take it to a garbage dump, located on the Reynosa-Monterrey highway, in the same town hall.
It was established that the man set it on fire and abandoned the cremated remains, which were located.

Work carried out by genetic and forensic experts from the Institute of Criminalistics and Expert Services of the FGJNL revealed that the cause of death was a deep skull contusion.
In addition to the 45 years in prison, the man was also fined 4,000 installments in payment of the fine for the crime committed, as well as reparation for the damage, which is the payment of compensation for death and funeral expenses. in terms of the Law in favor of those offended by the crime.
