The March 20 rally has nothing to do with the political forces of Artsakh and Armenia, said Artak Beglaryan, the former Minister of State of Artsakh, former Minister of State for Human Rights, Artak Beglaryan.
He noted that the rally is organized exclusively by the public initiative for ensuring the needs of the people of Artsakh.
“And the agenda of the rally refers exclusively to the rights and existing humanitarian needs of the people of Artsakh and has nothing to do with the internal political struggle of the Republic of Armenia.
Anyone who is concerned about the fate of the people of Artsakh and the protection of their rights, regardless of their status, place of residence, political views and other characteristics, can participate in the rally.
