As Vedomosti found out, it was decided to increase the number of regions where the efficiency of the new model of social gasification will be tested first. According to the data received from the Ministry of Energy, free gas supply to the border of the site will be tested in 15 regions.
Back in the fall of 2020, as the Ministry of Energy reported to Vedomosti at that time, it was only about four pilot subjects: Moscow, Chelyabinsk, Kurgan and Tyumen regions. Now the Amur, Arkhangelsk, Irkutsk, Murmansk and Pskov regions, the Trans-Baikal, Krasnoyarsk, Perm and Primorsky Territories, as well as the republics of Buryatia and Dagestan are ready to take part in the experiment. Of these, the highest level of gasification is in the Moscow and Tyumen regions (85.9 and 79.8%, respectively), and the lowest is in the Murmansk and Amur regions (1.3 and 0.6%), the Ministry of Energy specified.
