The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Azerbaijan referred to the statement of the President of the Chamber of Deputies of the Czech Republic, Marketa Pekarova Adamova, according to which they will use all opportunities to put the necessary pressure on Azerbaijan.
Aykhan Hajizade, spokesperson of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Azerbaijan, wrote in his X microblog. “It would be more appropriate if the head of the Czech legislature asked his Armenian hosts when Armenia is going to abolish the territorial claims against its neighbors under its Constitution and legislation, instead of commenting on issues based on false Armenian stories.”
It should be noted that during a joint press conference with the President of the National Assembly of Armenia, Alen Simonyan, journalists asked Adamova what tools should be used by the international community to bring Azerbaijan back to the negotiating table.
“We must never give up and push them to have these conversations. This is very important. During my visit to Baku, I will definitely raise these questions, why they do not want to find solutions that will be respected by the representatives of Armenia. This is what we have to do.
Of course, we will use all our opportunities to put pressure on all representatives of Azerbaijan to continue participating in the negotiations,” Adamova said.
