The department pointed to the incompatibility of processors with Russian software, which, according to the Ministry of Internal Affairs, slows down its digitalization.
MCST representative Konstantin Trushkin told Kommersant that the company is aware of the problem and is working to improve system performance. According to him, a solution to the I / O speed problems has been found – an OS update and “correct application software configuration” are needed. “When the OS is loaded, we are preparing an update,” he said.
