The Ministry of Welfare and Social Security needs a procurement manager to fill a position

The essence of the occupation: Leading and carrying out purchase processes of goods and services in accordance with the needs of the organization, subject to the law on the obligation of tenders, the instructions of the TCM, the instructions of the Accountant General’s Division and the instructions of the supervisor.

Assignments:

• Assistance in formulating an annual and multi-year procurement plan in the areas defined by the supervisor in accordance with the priorities of the organization, the needs of the units requiring procurement and the budget.
• Responsibility for liaison with the office units and assistance in the execution of procurement procedures of all types, while making information available to the organization’s units in the areas of procurement.
• Providing a comprehensive service and professional accompaniment to units requiring procurement regarding all the steps in the procurement process, and synchronizing the process with the relevant parties in the organization.
• Monitoring and control of procurement procedures in the area of ​​warranty.
• Updating the databases and documenting the procurement procedures, and using the information for the purpose of producing reports and improving the work.
• Integration and implementation of existing and new information systems in the field of procurement.
• Carrying out additional tasks according to the need and instructions of the supervisor.
