Water is the main constituent of the human body; our organization which operates 24 hours a day. From head to toe, it is made up under the epidermis of a bone structure, a muscular apparatus, blood vessels, nervous, respiratory, digestive, urinary, reproductive and endocrine systems. This machine is able to run marathons, warns us when we are hungry and can, more often than not, fight infections effectively.

How does the human body work? What are we made of? Why is it important to stay hydrated?

At the end of the program, we will take stock of the “Triso et vie” association. We talk about it with Yolande Epee Bwamepresident and founder of this association which defends the rights of children affected by trisomy 21, based in Cameroon.
