Authentic Greek restaurant Gaia will open in the building of Anna Saltykova’s estate on Tverskoy Boulevard in the center of Moscow. This will be the first point of the international network in Russia. This was told to Vedomosti by two consultants who worked with the company. According to them, the restaurant itself will become part of the gastronomic cluster, which is planned to be opened in this place by Capital Group and the partner of Kievskaya Ploshchad in the Depo food mall, Murad Beniaminov. The representative of the developer said that Gaia leases 1700 sq. m. m in this project. A representative of the Bulldozer Group (which develops this chain of restaurants) confirmed this information.
Gaia specializes in Greek cuisine. Her first restaurant opened in Dubai in 2018. She now also has a presence in New York and Monte Carlo.
