The new owner of “MTS Armenia” will transfer 20% of the shares to the Republic of Armenia.
“Taking into account the strategic importance of “MTS Armenia” CJSC for Armenia, “Fedilco Group Limited” intends to transfer 20% of the shares to the Republic of Armenia free of charge,” the company’s statement said.
It should be noted that today there was a change in the shareholder, the company ceased to be a part of the Russian “MTS” group. The new shareholder of the company is the company “FEDILCO GROUP LIMITED”, registered in Cyprus, whose owners are European and Asian investors.
According to the report, Fedilco Group Limited is a company registered in Cyprus, whose ultimate beneficial owners are Zhe Zhang and Konstantin Sokolov.
They are professional investors with rich experience in telecommunications, finance, energy and asset management.
