“We do not expect to be able to open the Armenian-Turkish border next year in the manner in which the interests of RA citizens and economy will be protected. That forecast is not in our draft budget,” the Minister of Economy noted.
As for Amulsar, the minister said that even if all the issues are resolved at this moment and the mine returns to working mode, the mine will start working, in the best case, after 12 months.
