The established European Postgraduate Seminar in Pathological Anatomy and Oncology (Ioannina University Courses in Pathology – IUCP 2024) focuses this year on the pathological anatomy of the skin, which will take place at the “Epirus Palace” hotel from March 1 to 3.

The seminar is organized by the Hellenic Society of Pathological Anatomy, under the auspices of the University of Ioannina and the European Society of Pathology (ESP).
These seminars are aimed at young doctors, interns and specialists, mainly pathologists. They began in May 1996, when they were commissioned by the European Society of Pathological Anatomy to the late Professor of Pathological Anatomy Niki Agnantis. The seminars are monothematic and focus each year on neoplastic and non-neoplastic diseases of an organ or system of the human body.
The purpose of the Hellenic Society of Pathological Anatomy is to ensure a high quality level, education and continuous information of pathologists for all scientific developments, concerning every organ or system of the human body. Thus, pathologists can respond to the new data and the challenges of the times, offering patients what is required for the most appropriate approach to the correct diagnosis, but also to the appropriate, as far as possible, individualized treatment.
The official language of the seminar is English and apart from distinguished Greeks, scientists from other countries (France, Belgium, England and the United States of America) also participate.
Registration online at the link and during the seminar at the secretariat.
