She now showed her followers a photo of herself during an emergency medical intervention, as “Bild” reports. In the snapshot, the 45-year-old is lying in an ambulance with a needle in her arm and various tubes around her. She wrote briefly and succinctly: “Friday evening. Great.”
“My right foot immediately became fat”
Charlotte Würdig explained to the newspaper that she tore a ligament shortly before the weekend. “I was trying to put the children to bed, but I stumbled up the stairs and twisted my ankle. My right foot immediately became fat.”
Charlotte Würdig called the emergency doctor, who took her to the Bundeswehr hospital in Berlin. There she was x-rayed. “You could immediately see that the ligaments were torn. However, the swelling is so thick that you can’t tell whether the ankle is also broken.” She won’t find out until Tuesday.
“My condition is not easy right now”
She was in the clinic until 4:30 a.m. Then she was released – with bandages and on crutches. Charlotte Würdig is now back home with her sons. The two boys, who are seven and ten years old, come from a relationship with rapper Sido. The couple separated in 2022 after ten years of marriage.
“As a single mother of two children and with two dogs, my situation is not easy right now,” said the moderator. She now receives support from friends and neighbors. Since separating from rapper Sido, Charlotte Würdig has not appeared with a new man by her side. She once said in a podcast that she was dating but wasn’t looking for “something forever.” “In 99 percent of cases, I don’t stay overnight,” said the TV star about sex on the first date.
