The President of the Transition, Head of State Brigadier General Brice Clotaire Oligui Nguema on an official visit to Malabo

Malabo, September 19, 2023-The President of the Transition, Head of State, Brigadier General Brice Clotaire Oligui Nguema, accompanied by the First Lady, Mrs. Zita Oligui Nguema, arrived today in Malabo in the Republic of Equatorial Guinea as part of an official visit.
This first official international visit of the President of the Transition, Brigadier General Brice Clotaire Oligui Nguema, which comes a few weeks after his appointment as head of the Transitional Committee for the Restoration of Institutions (CTRI), was the opportunity to have a tête-à-tête at the People’s Palace in Malabo with His Excellency Téodoro Obiang Nguema Mbasogo President of the Republic, Head of State and Government, Founding President of the Democratic Party of Equatorial Guinea.
Their Excellencies Brigadier General Brice Clotaire Oligui Nguema and Téodoro Obiang Nguema Mbasogo took advantage of this meeting to discuss issues of bilateral cooperation between Libreville and Malabo, as well as subjects of common interest.
One of the highlights of this interview between the two personalities was the signing of the Book of Honor by the President of the Transition, Brigadier General Brice Clotaire Oligui Nguema
At the end of their fruitful exchanges, the two Heads of State rejoiced at the excellent relations between their two countries and which they intend to raise to a higher level. The President of the Transition, General Brice Clotaire Oligui Nguema, said he was honored by the warm welcome given to him and the delegation that accompanied him.
Furthermore, the President of the Transition, General Brice Clotaire Oligui Nguema took advantage of his stay in Equatorial Guinea to meet the Gabonese community of Malabo with whom he discussed at length on many subjects.
