The Secretary of Treasury and Public Finance of Dosquebradas Arnoldo Ruíz Marín informs taxpayers that since Monday, January 29, property receipts for 2024 are being delivered only to people who must carry out notarial procedures such as a mortgage, a sale, an inheritance. .
He explained that the system is issuing these receipts so that they can make the payment and obtain peace of mind immediately.
The official stated that “The idea is that in the month of February we deliver the complete invoice, and the postal company is also the one who takes it to its respective property. The invoice will arrive with the 20% discount corresponding to the first due date until April 12, which means that we have approximately two and a half months to achieve that discount for prompt payment for taxpayers who are up to date.”
If residents of Dos Quebrada have debts from previous years, next week the complete invoice with all the debt will be delivered, since they are currently parameterizing the system in terms of interest settlement.
Ultimately, Ruiz Marín invited the people of Dosquebra to take advantage of the largest discount taking into account that it is generous in terms of capital, adding that the second discount will be 15% until May 17 and 10% until mid-June.
