The Starliner capsule has encountered numerous issues, leading to the postponement of its first flight of the year from May to June. During its journey, leaks of helium were detected, adding to the existing release problem the capsule currently faces alongside the International Space Station. Despite successfully completing a test flight in 2022, Boeing‘s development of the Starliner has fallen behind its competitor SpaceX, which has been transporting astronauts to the International Space Station without any significant problems since 2022.
