Alejandro Sanz is not going through his best moment. It all started with an alarming message shared on his social networks in which he assured that “sometimes I don’t even want to be there.” Days later, two of the possible causes that could have led him to make such a statement were known: his break with Rachel Valdés, who had been his partner for three years, and the betrayal of a friend for which he would be in a very difficult economic moment. .

But it is not the only thing. As has just been revealed, Alejandro has been sentenced by the first instance court number 47 in Madrid to face a non-payment of almost 3 million euros related to the purchase of luxury properties in Miami and, in addition, has executed an embargo on some of his properties that the artist would have used as collateral. As published by LOC, the creditor would have requested the seizure of his registered trademarks and the seizure of his farm in Cáceres and a property that he owns in Cádiz.

To deal with his serious economic moment, Sanz would have chosen to get rid of the jewel of his real estate park and it is that he has just put this property, located in Jarandilla de la Vera, for sale for the same amount that is required: three million euros.

Known as El sueño de los parrales, the artist has spent some of the best moments of his life on this farm. It was not only the scene of his wedding with Raquel Perera, but also where on many occasions he has hidden from the world, enjoying nature and those closest to him away from the public spotlight. He now has to say goodbye to her -or try- to her to save her battered economy.

The singer got hold of it between 2001 and 2007, buying and joining several tobacco dryers to form the property that it is today and which, according to Vanitatis, has a main house of almost 400 meters divided into three heights, an auxiliary house 267 meters, a large garden with gazebo and summer pool. It also has a large part of cultivation dedicated to citrus and fruit trees, an ecological hole and olive trees, as it should be remembered that for a time Sanz sold his products under the Sombra by Alejandro Sanz brand.
