It is known that the result of the last 44th BCS preliminary examination is published within 25 days of the examination. PSC wants to release the results of the last 45th BCS preliminary in less time than that BCS.
When asked about this, PSC Controller of Examinations (Cadre) Anand Kumar Biswas told Jago News on Tuesday afternoon that the results of the 45th BCS examination may be published on Tuesday. A meeting of the commission has been called at noon. The results may be released today if the commission approves. He said that all the preparations for publishing the results are in the final stage.
77 percent candidates appeared in the 45th BCS preliminary examination held on Friday (May 19). 2 lakh 68 thousand 119 have participated out of 3 lakh 46 thousand candidates. 78 thousand 803 people did not take the exam.
According to a notification of PSC, the preliminary examination was held simultaneously in Dhaka, Chittagong, Rajshahi, Khulna, Barisal, Sylhet, Rangpur and Mymensingh divisions on Friday. This exam of 200 marks was held from 10 am to 12 noon.
A total of 2,309 cadres will be recruited through the 45th BCS. 1 thousand 22 people will be taken in non-cadre.
Out of 2 thousand 309 cadres in the 45th BCS, the largest number of recruitments will be in medical. A total of 539 assistants and dental surgeons will be recruited. 437 people will get the maximum appointment in education cadre after treatment. After that, 80 people will be appointed in police, 54 in customs and 274 in administration.
