RPA Vice President Armen Ashotyan, who has been in prison for a long time, continues his active political activities even from prison, including answering five questions of the most interest to citizens once a week. Ashot Andreasyan, the vice-chairman of the RPA EC, who presents the questionnaire, notes that the public’s interest in Ashotyan’s speech is growing and the number of questions on a weekly basis already exceeds 200-300. They are multi-faceted questions that relate to both politics and Armen Ashotyan’s personal life.

Natalya Artsakh: “Please tell me, can we ever return Artsakh?” And if so, how? Only, please, answer from a realistic point of view.”

Armen Ashotyan: “Yes, we can. And this is not a romantic, emotional or pathetic claim, but what you say – realism. How? The question has its realistic answer. The loss of Artsakh will become irreversible if we renounce it in our minds, in our hearts, in our memory. Therefore, the first mandatory condition is to consider the return of Artsakh as a wish, a goal, a nationwide idea. It is no coincidence that even after the depopulation of Artsakh, Aliyev continues to make efforts so that the revenge he said does not take place, that this loss is fixed by the Armenian-Azerbaijani contract. The second mandatory condition is to make comprehensive efforts to achieve this goal, to fully reveal and guide the Armenian potential, to strengthen the state, and to national modernization.

As the problem of Artsakh also has a global political significance, the third mandatory condition of the aforementioned is a favorable international situation, geopolitical climate. History proves that it is also possible. If I summarize my approach briefly, then in order to return Artsakh, we must want to work and be ready to realize our wish under favorable conditions. That this is possible was proved by the same Jews with the formula I mentioned: reclaiming Jerusalem after nearly 2,000 years. As you noticed, the algorithm I described and Pashinyan are incompatible. Therefore, first of all, there is a need to change the government in Armenia.”

Garik Avanesyan: “We know that Nicole is a traitor. What else do you think Nikol will bring to us?”

Armen Ashotyan: “Since 2018, my colleagues and I have been warning about what will happen if Nikol comes and stays in power. At that time, few people listened to us. The 44-day war opened the eyes of many, but Pashinyan’s bloody rule continues. What his continued prime ministership will bring, “Republican” and other opposition figures confirm and justify in detail. If I speak briefly, I will remind you of my speech at the National Assembly on May 1, 2018. That is, Nikol Pashinyan will become the last or the prime minister of the destruction of the Republic of Armenia.
