On December 14, 2023, bilateral consultations were held in Yerevan between the RA high-tech industry and the RF Ministries of Digital Development, Communication and Mass Communication regarding the observance of the provisions of the agreement on cooperation in the field of mass telecommunications signed between the RA and RF governments. This is reported by the Ministry of BTA.
The message states:
“During the consultation, the Armenian side noted that the RA Television and Radio Commission recorded violations of Article 5 of the Agreement. The Russian side accepted that fact, and as a result a joint statement was signed.
The following was recorded:
1. The Russian side accepted the fact of violations recorded by the Armenian side.
2. An agreement was reached to take steps towards the proper observance of all points of the agreement.”
