Riyadh: Saudi Arabia’s largest agricultural exhibition will conclude in Riyadh on Thursday. The four-day fair, which began at the Riyadh International Exhibition Center on Monday afternoon, will end at around 9.30 pm on Thursday. More than 450 companies from within and outside the country in the field of agricultural production and allied industries are participating. The fair is beneficial for farmers, industrialists and investors in the sector.
The fair introduces the latest technologies in the field of agriculture, the maintenance of farms and the use of machines. It is also an opportunity for companies that import products to Saudi Arabia and export products from Saudi Arabia to foreign countries to meet experts and representatives in the field of agriculture and commerce from different corners of the world and initiate commercial exchanges.
The fair will also benefit students who are conducting studies and research experiments in the field of agriculture and botany. Apart from agricultural products, veterinary medicines and farm sanitation systems are also on display. Dates, grapes, pomegranates, olives, coffee, figs and mangoes are some of the main crops in Saudi Arabia.
Visitors representing families and institutions from the agricultural areas of Saudi Arabia such as Tabuk, Twaif, Abaha, Al-Baha are coming to the fair to learn about the new technologies in the field of agriculture and to see the agricultural methods of foreign countries. Companies big and small, including Saudi Arabia’s leading dairy company Al-Marai, have showcased their products.
Inside the hall, a special pavilion has been prepared to display Russian products and machines. The fair has information about indoor and outdoor gardens, the necessary flowers, fertilizers, pots and other care items and guidance to beautify the garden structures. Badge is mandatory for visitors to enter the exhibition city. A completely free pass can be obtained in person or online.
