The second attempt to launch a reconnaissance satellite of the DPRK was unsuccessful, according to the South Korean Yonhap news agency, citing the Central Telegraph Agency (KCNA) of North Korea.

The report says that another attempt to launch the satellite will be made in October. Earlier it became known about an attempt to launch a ballistic missile from the territory of the DPRK. The Japanese authorities have declared an alarm in the country and protested against Pyongyang.
