The situation in Artsakh may change if the negotiators change, the third president of RA, Serzh Sargsyan, said today in a conversation with journalists.
In this context, the third president of RA also mentioned that he listened to the proposals of former RA Foreign Minister Vardan Oskanyan and considers them to be logical.
“What Vardan Oskanyan says is feasible, so, of course, the situation is difficult, there are many difficulties, the problems are big, but I do not consider that the situation is hopeless,” said the third president of RA in this regard.
According to him, it would be a good solution if Oskanyan’s proposed conditions of silence were accepted.
“Of course, that would be the best solution, but if they could really agree that a group led by Vardan Oskanyan would work and the rest would remain silent. in that case, it can also come true, although I don’t think that these people (the current authorities – ed.) are capable of making such an agreement,” said Serzh Sargsyan.

To remind, on July 4, former Foreign Minister of Armenia Vardan Oskanian announced that if he is given the authority to negotiate, it will be possible to change the situation with a group of diplomats within 2-3 months.
“But there is a precondition here. That authority should be 100 percent, Pashinyan should be silent for 3 months,” said Oskanyan.
