The growth strategy of the future electric company involves attracting customers in the portfolio of those who already belong to other subsidiaries of the group. Hafesa has a small network of gas stations (with five stations but which will grow to thirty next year) and supplies gasoline and diesel to around 2,500 independent gas stations.

The electric company’s first step will be to try to become the electricity supplier for all these service stations and it will do so by offering cross discounts to gas stations: discounts on the fuels that the group sells if they also contract the supply.
