As you may recall, the series, based on the bestseller by Sarit Yishai Levy, is an unprecedented and large-scale period production, which brings to the screen the story of three generations of the Armoza family, a Spanish-rooted Jerusalem family, in the period between the early 1920s and the 1940s of the last century.
