The Iranian Election Commission announced in a statement that the advertising campaigns for candidates for the second round of elections for the twelfth session of the Islamic Shura Council had ended at exactly eight o’clock yesterday morning, Thursday.

The elections for the twelfth session of the Iranian Islamic Shura Council were held on March 1, and 245 candidates were able to enter the council, and the fate of the remaining 45 seats will be determined in the second round of elections today.

The representatives to enter the parliament will be determined in 22 constituencies in Tabriz, Shabestan, Mianeh, Barsabad, Semiram, Lanjan, Karaj, Tehran, Varamin, Birjand, Mashhad, Ibadan, Ramhormoz, Khodabande, Zanjan, Shiraz, Maroodasht, Khorramabad, Qaimshahr. , Malayer, Kermanshah, and Kavus.
