Jaipur: Two dead bodies were found in a forest area in Rajasthan’s Udaipur. The bodies of a man with a cut throat and a woman with stab wounds were found. Both their naked bodies were glued together with super glue. Rahul Meena (32) and Sonu Kanwar (31) were found dead.
Police have arrested 52-year-old Bhalesh Joshi in connection with the incident. He is the magician of the place. Police stated that the accused confessed to the crime.
Bhalesh Joshi, who was arrested, is a prominent person in the area. Many elites including politicians and businessmen are his followers. His residence was in a temple in Bhatvi Guda.
The police said that both the victims were divorcees and were having an extramarital affair. Rahul is a teacher in a government school. Rahul and Sonu’s relationship started when they met at a temple. Sonu used to meet with the magician from time to time.
Meanwhile, Rahul’s wife approached a witch doctor to solve their marital problems. The sorcerer told them about the relationship between Rahul and Sonu. The police also said that Rahul and Sonu had threatened to file a molestation complaint against him.
Fearing humiliation, Bhalesh Joshi decided to kill both of them. For this, he had collected the glue from around 50 packets of Super Glue worth Rs 15 in a bottle.
Then both of them would be invited into the forest and asked to have sex there to solve the problem. Bhalesh Joshi poured super glue on them, which he had saved during the relationship. After this, Rahul and Sonu were hacked to death.
When the dead bodies were found, the two were injured while trying to separate them from the glue, the police said. The police also said that there were attempts to burn the dead bodies. The police informed that many prominent people tried to save Joshi, but after realizing the extent of the crime, they backed off.
