Ukraine, how to get out of an Empire? This was the subject of a conference held in Paris, at the Economic, Social and Environmental Council (CESE) as part of the Spring of the Economy. The 12th edition of this event dedicated to sharing ideas had the general theme: what Europe in a fragmented world?
This Europe which Ukraine (since its independence in 1991) has decided to approach to escape the orbit of Moscow and the Russian world, an ancient history and where the economy plays an essential role.
