When asked to comment on Mexico and Chile calling on the International Criminal Court to investigate crimes committed in Palestine, Kirby said: “I cannot comment on that now. We are still gathering information about where this might lead. And I repeat, we see no evidence that the IDF “Intentionally committing war crimes.”
Earlier, the Mexican Foreign Ministry said that the virtual collapse of the Palestinian judicial system robs it of the ability to investigate potential crimes or prosecute their perpetrators.
