The youth team qualified for the elite stage for the European Championship

The boys’ team up to the age of 19 finished the qualifying stage of the European Championship in 2nd place at home together with the national teams: Finland, the Faroe Islands and the host Croatia. The team advanced to the elite stage for the European Championship that will take place next month. Our youth academy sent 3 representatives who took part in the tournament.

Our representatives who took part in the tournament:
Adir Cordova, Ilai Tomer and Roy Navi.

The team started the qualifying games on the right foot with a 0:4 victory against the Finnish team. In the second game, the team beat the Faroe Islands team 0:2, while in the last game, the team surrendered to the Croatian team. Despite the loss, the team secured the 2nd place at home which leads to the elite stage of the European Championship qualifiers.
