The National Salary Commission and the Joint Salary Commissions, and after several dialogues, economic constituencies 1 and 2 were created, through which the increase will be governed as follows:
The first, made up of the department of Guatemala, must govern salaries as follows:
6% increase in salary for agricultural activities, which represents Q107 .11 6.6% increase in salary for non-agricultural activities, represents Q110. 97 6.6% increase in salary for export and maquila activities will remain at Q101. 41 cents.
Regarding economic district 2, made up of all the departments of the country, except Guatemala, salaries will govern as follows:
4.3% increase for agricultural activities, represents Q102.44 cents 4.6% increase for non-agricultural activities, represents Q105.83 cents 3.3% increase for export and maquila activities, represents Q95.80
The authorities also detail that all the activities of the two constituencies must be added to the monthly payment of the incentive bonus of Q250 quetzales.
