This Tuesday, the councilors of the city of Córdoba will meet in an extraordinary commission to discuss the ruling party’s project that proposes creating an “inspection and control entity” in the city of Córdoba.

In this context, national senator Luis Juez visited the councilors of the Civic Front bloc on Monday, in the Deliberative Council, to discuss the challenges of the year. The councilors then announced that they will vote against Daniel Passerini’s project.

Judge met with the councilors who represent his political space in the city: Graciela Villata, José María Romero and Martín Juez. He held a working meeting for the upcoming legislative year and they touched on one of the main issues they are working on: the inspection and control entity.

“This is the Judge’s first institutional and political visit. He has already been in the Court of Accounts and in the next few days he will do so in the Legislature,” explained councilor Martín Juez, his son, and added: “Among the topics we touch on, we talk about the inspection and control entity, because we They called the committee tomorrow at 3:00 p.m..”

The councilor announced the block’s refusal for this project and added that the presence of the national senator was also to give them support and accompany them in the decision.

“We believe that we should give management and (municipal) inspectors the tools they need to control and supervise, but this is not a priority for people today, and it also goes against the grain of what was voted at the national level, about reducing the State.

“Times of crisis are coming and the mayor is going to need governability, we are not opposed to that. We also know that the control of the night, which is an issue that this entity seeks to resolve, has always been a problem for all administrations, but we believe that creating an agency means adding more political power and this is definitely not going to be the solution,” remarked Martín Juez.

The councilors and their work teams carried out, together with the political head of the Civic Front, a review of the most burning issues that concern Argentines in the country and fundamentally the people of Córdoba in the province and city of Córdoba.

On the occasion, the Judge stated: “In these difficult times we have to redouble our efforts to remain close to the people, strengthening the principles that gave rise to and give meaning to our political expression since always, such as the fight against corruption, transparency and honesty. in public service.”
