A lawyer and notary public was placed under arrest by elements of the National Civil Police (PNC) after having assaulted his mother, as confirmed by the police institution on Friday night.
The detainee, according to the Police, was identified as José Antonio Guardado, profiled as a lawyer and notary of the Republic, who hit his 89-year-old mother as a result of an argument.
The Police indicated that the subject was captured in a sector of the department of La Unión and will be made available to the corresponding authorities to face justice as a result of this act of violence.
