The commission agrees to send the case to the sports channel, where the punishment of the Madrid midfielder will be decided
The Antiviolence Commission agreed this Monday to transfer to Competition Committee of the Spanish Football Federation (RFEF) the case of the aggression of the Uruguayan player of Real Madrid Fede Valverde to the Villarreal footballer Alex Baena at the end of the league match between the two clubs on April 8.
As confirmed by the Superior Sports Council (CSD), Anti-Violence resolved at its meeting on Monday to refer the events, which occurred in the parking zone of the Santiago Bernabéu stadium, when Valverde attacked Baena next to the Villarreal bus, after both maintained a pique during the match.

The RFEF Disciplinary Code defines among the serious misconduct (art.145), which will be punished with suspension from 4 to 12 games for aggression against any player, assistant coach or club member.
