A police report reported that the former mayor of San Ramón Miguen Ángel Aguilera (ex-PS) failed to comply with the total house arresta precautionary measure under which he has remained since the end of July after his preventive detention was revoked, in the framework of the case where he is accused of bribery, money laundering and illicit enrichment.
According to what was reported from the 26th Police Station of La Reina to the Judiciary, Aguilera was not at home during precautionary measures control last Wednesday.
