Katerina Lioliou referred to the accident she had in the center, which occurred when a patron threw an electronic cigarette towards her, resulting in injuries.
A video showing the singer asking him to leave the store went viral on TikTok and she explained what happened on The 2Night Show, where she was a guest.
She clarified that it was not a flower in her eye, as is usually the case, but an electronic cigarette.
In more detail, Katerina Lioliou said: “It didn’t come with a flower, it came with a rechargeable electric cigarette. I don’t feel like it was done on purpose, I can’t believe it. I kept my composure, because an object came to me that tore a centimeter from my eye, blood was flowing in front of people who were terrified and justifiably so.”

She then described people’s reaction and what upset her the most. As he said: “I was in a lot of pain at the time and I’m ashamed to say it but instead of feeling angry, I felt ashamed that people saw me bleeding. Because I felt that the other guy was collecting money to come and pay to drink his drink and listen to me and it ruined his night.”
The singer also mentioned what bothered her more than what happened. As she said, she had understood from which table the e-cigarette that injured her was thrown, but she did not hear “Sorry” and that made her ask him to leave the store.
“I didn’t like that he didn’t get up to apologize, that he did it by mistake, when we knew which table it was from. I was very kind, if you see me in the video. I politely asked him to leave” said Katerina Lioliou.
