In an accident near Tiruchengode in Namakkal district, three people, including a newlywed girl, were killed at the scene.
Suresh (35) and Subramani (50) from Dindigul were traveling from Vellore to Tiruchengode on a Hero Honda HF Deluxe two-wheeler. Similarly, Sivashakti Nagar Ramakrishnan (29) of Tiruchengode Neykarapatti along with his wife Jeevita (21) went from Tiruchengode to Vellore in a Bolero car.
Then the two vehicles unexpectedly collided head-on. In this gruesome accident, the two who were on a two-wheeler had their legs cut off and their body parts scattered and died on the spot. Similarly, Ramakrishnan’s wife Jeevitha (21), who had come in a bolero car, also died on the spot.
The deceased Jeevita and Ramakrishnan got married last Monday. In this case, two days after her marriage, Jeevita tragically died in front of her husband in an accident that happened while she was driving to go to the temple.
This incident has caused grief among relatives. The bodies of the above three persons have been kept at Tiruchengode Government Hospital. Thiruchengode rural police are investigating in this regard.
