The Supreme Court said that it will not tolerate that the special leave petition was filed in a casual manner. It is clear from the facts that the ground given in the appeal filed in this case has been taken from some other petition. The Supreme Court, while rejecting the application, has imposed a compensation of Rs 10,000 on the advocate on record. The court said that the grounds enumerated for filing the special leave petition are not correct and misleading.

Advocate accepted the mistake

A case of causing grievous hurt has been registered against the accused. The Supreme Court said that the grounds in the appeal prepared by the petitioner’s lawyer in the case are not correct. Advocate on record admitted that this ground was inserted by mistake.
