jpnn.com – JAKARTA – President-elect Prabowo Subianto commented on the decision of the Constitutional Court (MK) which rejected the request to dispute the results of the 2024 Presidential Election (PHPU).
According to Gerindra Party Secretary General Ahmad Muzani, Prabowo, who is also the General Chair of the Gerindra Party DPP, followed all the processes taking place at the Constitutional Court.
Muzani said Prabowo assessed that the debate taking place at the Constitutional Court regarding the election dispute was a healthy dynamic for the nation’s future.
“For him (Prabowo), all views, thoughts and even debates that occurred at the Constitutional Court trial were very good thoughts, brilliant for the future life of Indonesia,” said Muzani in South Jakarta, Monday (22/4).
According to Muzani, Prabowo often discusses all the arguments that arise in the Constitutional Court hearings.
Prabowo also discussed with people close to him the issue of using the right to dissenting opinion or differences in opinions of MK judges.
Muzani ensured that the discussion was carried out by Prabowo to absorb all aspirations to become capital in leading Indonesia in the future.
“He really respects the rights of constitutional judges to exercise their rights in the trial,” he said.
The President-elect as a result of the 2024 Election, Prabowo Subianto, responded to the Constitutional Court’s decision regarding PHPU for the 2024 Presidential Election.
