The lie of “medical power” is crumbling more and more, and this time, it was a whistleblower, a relative of a cancer patient, who recounted the ordeal that those suffering from this disease in the country must suffer.

The heartbreaking testimony was shared by journalist Alberto Arego on social networks.

“I have had the displeasure of learning how radiotherapy treatment works for people suffering from different types of cancer in Havana, Cuba,” the complainant began saying.

In his words, the situation is truly alarming, since the Hermanos Ameijeiras Hospital has had broken radiotherapy equipment for 15 months, forcing patients to travel by bus to the province of Matanzas to receive treatment.

Emergencies, which were previously referred to the Oncology Hospital, now face a new obstacle: “They report that the equipment also broke, the compressor is defective,” the source added.

This reality clashes with the image that the Cuban regime has tried to project since its fateful arrival to power.

“Cuba has always boasted exceptional health. “Everything is a lie and the only ones who suffer the consequences are the people.”lament.

“Right now, stopping cancer treatment, we know the health costs. And this government doesn’t care. “The lack of humanism and sensitivity towards these sick people is too much.”he concluded.

This testimony not only once again highlights the difficulties and shortcomings of the precarious Cuban health system, but also exposes the desperation and abandonment felt by patients and their families, the only victims of this seemingly endless hell.

Meanwhile, the authorities of the regime continue to shamelessly mock the people, trumpeting left and right their so-called “medical potency.”
