Accused of savagely hitting a driver, the content creator on social networks Rodolfo Fofo Marquez will have his initial hearing this Saturday.
He was captured this Thursday, in the streets of the Santa Cruz Acatlán neighborhood of Naucalpan, State of Mexico and was subsequently admitted to the Penitentiary and Social Reintegration Center of Tlalnepantla at the disposal of the Judicial Authority, who will determine his legal situation.
The arrest was made as a result of an investigation by the Mexican Prosecutor’s Office, after he allegedly hit a woman on February 22.
This attack occurred on Circunvalación Avenue in the Ciudad Brisas neighborhood, in the municipality of Naucalpan, where the victim was parking his truck in a shopping plaza and hit that of an Audi truck with the side mirror of his vehicle.
The victim would have gotten out to tell the driver of the truck that she would call her insurance and when she returned to her vehicle and tried to get in, she would have been intercepted by the now detained man, who would have pulled her, knocked her to the ground and hit her in various places. body parts.
