On the afternoon of this Tuesday, October 31, accreditations for the XI Congress of the Union of Journalists of Cuba began at its headquarters. These will extend until the morning of Wednesday, November 1 for participants from Havana. The afternoon session will be dedicated to those from the rest of the provinces.
