Three train passengers tested for monkey pox

In Ghent, the pre-alarm of the medical intervention plan was announced on Wednesday afternoon, after a report that three train passengers were infected with monkey pox. The three were sent off the train in Ghent-Sint-Pieters because they did not have a valid ticket. It later turned out that they may have been infected with monkey pox. They were tested for the virus at UZ Gent, but the results are not yet known.
