As Vijay starrer Warisu and Ajith starrer Thadvu are gearing up for Pongal release, the information about the salary received by them for those two films has come out.
Actor Vijay and Ajith are seen as contemporary actors in Tamil cinema. Although these two are friends in public life, they are rivals when it comes to cinema. Both have a huge fan base. Currently Vijay starrer Warisu and Ajith starrer Thadvu are releasing on the same day.
Thus, the competition between the two actors has heated up in this work, and the salary details of both have been revealed. Accordingly, it is said that actor Vijay has received a salary of up to Rs.120 crores for Varisu. Although Ajith is considered as his rival actor, his salary is very low compared to Vijay.
According to reports, actor Ajith has received a salary of Rs. 70 crores for Thadhavu. The reason why Ajith has paid this much is because he has confirmed that he will be acting in the films ‘Potham’ and ‘Tawavu’ after the completion of ‘Nerkonda Parihu’. The salary of this film was confirmed 3 years ago. But it is worth noting that Ajith has received a salary of Rs. 105 crores for his next film AK 62.
