Thursday meeting of the Governing Council
Rabat – A Government Council will be held on Thursday under the chairmanship of the Head of Government, Aziz Akhannouch, indicates a press release from the Department of the Head of Government.
According to the press release, the Council will examine seven draft decrees, including the first modifying and supplementing the decree relating to the application of the law establishing a system of coverage for the consequences of catastrophic events, and modifying and supplementing the law relating to the insurance code .
The second draft decree concerns the status of civil servants of the Ministry of National Education, the third promulgating various measures relating to compensation allocated to these civil servants, while the fourth text modifies the decree creating additional compensation of inspection for the benefit of inspectors from the Ministry of National Education, adds the same source.
Regarding the fifth draft decree, it promulgates provisional measures relating to educational support courses, while the sixth modifies the decree relating to the application of the law establishing regional education and training academies (AREF ).
Concerning the latest draft decree, it concerns the supervision of the organization of certain exams and competitions at the level of the Ministry of National Education.
The Council will complete its work by examining proposals for appointment to higher functions, in accordance with the provisions of article 92 of the Constitution, the press release concludes.
