Images on his account show him working at JJ’s,an Egyptian fast-food chain,in 2024. He subsequently posted a message in Arabic indicating his departure from Egypt, followed by a picture with the word “Travel” overlaid.
While it remains unconfirmed whether Abubaker is an asylum seeker, his TikTok account suggests a journey to the UK via unconventional routes. A video posted on April 25 shows him in front of posters with Arabic text. A subsequent post on May 17 depicts him and othre men on a large orange boat, accompanied by an emoji of the Italian flag and set to the song ‘GBP’ by rappers 21 Savage and Central Cee, which references the UK and London.
