Tired of chatting? Pat yourself on the back: there are many things

by time news

Spending long hours in front of the computer and mobile phone has become one of our lifestyles and sitting for hours can cause many health problems. Back pain and arm pain are just a few examples. There is a yoga position that can avoid this to some extent.

This is a yoga position called Reverse Prayer Pose or Paschimi Namaskara. Usually we clasp hands at the front, this should be clasped at the back. Also known as the Penguin Pose Reverse Namaskar, this yoga pose has been shown by many studies to increase the strength of the arms, abdomen, and shoulders.

Stand on a yoga mat or mat with your feet close together and feet about an inch apart. Then relax the shoulder. Stand straight with your arms hanging by your sides. Then relax your shoulders and bend your knees slightly and hold your hands back in the Kyle Kupu position with your fingers pointing down. Take a deep breath and hold the fingers straight up through the inside and up in a normal overhand position.

Stay in the same position for 30 seconds with your eyes closed and concentrate. Take a minute break and repeat this again. Make sure that the knees are slightly bent and the palms and fingers are well joined while doing this yoga pose.
